How to Use the AI SmartSaver Calculator

Include tasks for your whole team—not just yourself! This way, you’ll get a full picture of the estimated time and cost savings AI can deliver for your business. You don’t need to fill out all the fields—just the ones that apply to your business. Here’s how to use each section:

  • Task: This column lists common business activities like writing emails or reviewing contracts.
  • Time Frame: Choose how often you perform the task (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.). This helps the calculator estimate your savings over time.
  • Task Count: Enter the number of times you do the task within the chosen time frame. For example, if your team writes 50 emails per day, enter "50."
  • Avg Time: This is the average time it takes to complete each task. Adjust it to reflect your team's experience.
  • Hr/Min: Choose whether the time for each task is measured in hours or minutes.
  • Add in Your Average Wage: Enter your team's average hourly wage so the calculator can show how much money you’ll save by using AI.

Once you've filled out the relevant fields, hit "Calculate Time & Savings Report" to find out how much time and money you’ll save.
